Dedicated Resource (FTE)
Get dedicated team or individual to work exclusively on your project. Each FTE (full-time equivalent) sends regular reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, making it easier for you to track the task status. This model allows you to have direct involvement in the delivery of the project.
